Ingredients Required For Making Juicy Baked Yogurt Chicken -
1.5 kg chicken
28 gm ginger/ 1 tablespoon finely grated
28 gm garlic/ 1 tablespoon finely grated
200 gm/ 1 large onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
3 to 4 green cardamoms
1 inch length cinnamon stick
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder/paprika
1/2 cup plain unflavored yogurt
1 tablespoon cornflour(cornstarch)
1 tsp dried thyme
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon melted ghee/butter/oil for the topping
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp heaped dried parsley
2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/3 rd - 1/2 cup water
Serve with hot rice/roti/paratha/naan/mashed potato/bread
