1) Drama featuring a magician who performs his show and his audience, calls a boy to be his assistant. From the quality of his clothes, it is clear that he is a boy in a difficult economic situation. At the end of the magic act, the boy remembers to ask the magician to go to his house and perform a magic trick that will make a difference in his family. He goes there and takes the boy with him, transforming him into an umbrella. When he gets there, he finds the boy's sister sick in bed and his mother receiving an eviction order from the landlord of the house. Upon arriving, the magician provides herbs to improve the girl's health, transforms the collector into a waiter serving a hot meal to the family and bids the girl farewell with a kiss.
3) The actors are not credited, but it is assumed that the magician is the director Walter Booth himself playing the role.
4) Interestingly, in the scenes of the boy's house, which were filmed outdoors, the reflections of the sun's rays appear on the magician's and the collector's clothes.

2) Drama apresentando um mágico que apresenta seu espetáculo e de sua platéia, chama um garoto que seja seu assistente. Pela qualidade das roupas dele percebe-se ser um menino em situação econômica difícil. Ao fim do número de mágica, o garoto se lembra de pedir ao mágico que vá até sua casa e faça uma mágica que faça a diferença em sua família. Ele vai até lá e leva o garoto junto, transformando-o em um guarda-chuvas. Ao chegar lá encontra a irmã do garoto doente acamada e sua mãe recebendo ordem de despejo do senhorio da casa. Ao chegar, o mágico providencia ervas para melhorar a saúde da menina, transforma o cobrador em um garçom servindo uma refeição quente para a família e despede-se da menina com um beijo.
3) Os atores não são creditados, mas supõe-se que o mágico seja o próprio diretor Walter Booth interpretando.
4) Curiosamente nota-se que nas cenas da casa do garoto, que foram filmadas ao ar livre, aparecem os reflexos dos raios de sol nas roupas do mágico e do cobrador.
