Captain Who??? It's Captain Carrot! I don't actually remember reading him in any comics, but I do vaguely remember seeing him a few times and was always interested in reading more, but never had the chance! But this figure is absolutely amazing! For as much work as McFarlane puts into Batman, other figures tend to suffer, but I'd say that's far from the case here!
