During the Christmas and New Year season, Fort Kochi transforms completely.
The streets fill up with lights, decorations, music, and people celebrating everywhere.

It’s crowded.
It’s loud.
But it’s also full of life.

There’s amazing food everywhere, old friends and familiar faces around the city, and a festive atmosphere that makes Kochi feel incredibly special during this time of year.

This trip was about more than just travel.

It was about slowing down and spending time with family, walking through the streets of Fort Kochi, revisiting places from childhood, and seeing how much the city has evolved while still holding on to its charm.

Sometimes the most meaningful journeys are the ones that take you back home.
