Ending my Sabzi Series with a simple and colorful mixed vegetable sabzi 🌿
Made without onion, using everyday vegetables and basic spices — perfect for daily meals.
Ingredients:
Carrot, beans, cauliflower, potato, green peas
Oil, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves
Salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder
Garam masala, fresh coriander
Method (short):
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, jeera & curry leaves.
Add all vegetables, spices & little water.
Cover and cook till soft.
Finish with garam masala & coriander.
