As a commission I made two sets of these Scrum project management boards with LED backlight. These boards are used to keep control on IT projects.
The base material is four panels of 1.8cm MDF cut into 60x240cm pieces. Used a track saw to cut the grooves for the "swimming lanes". I printed out the four project phases: Backlog, Progress, Review and Done and glued them on with spray adhesive and cut them out using a jigsaw with a narrow fine tooth blade.
Nobody likes to watch someone painting a panel, so I skipped that part ;)
With a aluminum U profile they are attached to the wall and they slide right in from the side.
