"Saving Ferris" is a documentary about the Chicago experience of the classic film, "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." For the documentary, Noah Graff visited almost every Chicagoland location in the film to find out where and what the places actually are and how they have changed in 30 years since the film was shot. Some of the scenes in the documentary include going to a Cubs game at Wrigley Field, driving a Ferrari out of Cameron Frye's garage, and singing "Twist and Shout" on a float in the Von Steuben Day Parade.
In Part 3, "Shermer High School" the documentary discusses the Chicago suburban high schools where Ferris Bueller's Day Off was shot, as well as other Hughes movies such as the Breakfast Club. The two schools are Glenbrook North and Main North.
