Mr. William Daniels discusses his life in Nashville. Born in 1930 in the area known as "Black Bottom" Mr. Daniels tells of family life, social events, his military service and his outlook on life at 83.
He is the owner of "Nashville Black Heritage Tours"
"First Tuesday at the Metro Nashville Archives" is a continuing series which highlights Nashville, Davidson County or Tennessee history. Using local speakers, historians, authors and other individuals with unique and interesting historical accounts, the series is held every First Tuesday of the Month from 2:30-3:30. The First Tuesday series is NOT held in July. The events are free and open to the public.
