Описание: With great joy, I introduce you to our first modular house SKY NEST! It is so functional, practical, unique, and inspiring!

The main goal in creating it was to fit the life of 1-2 people into one small house in such a way that it could be COMFORTABLY lived in all year round, in Northern climate conditions.

It was very important to have plenty of space for belongings, a relaxing living room with a soft sofa, even the possibility to host guests, a fireplace for coziness, a fully-equipped kitchen without compromise, all possible amenities, a bathroom, and an inspiring workspace for computer work.

And most importantly—the biggest challenge and desire was to create a bedroom in the loft that wouldn’t require climbing ladders or crawling, where the space above wouldn’t feel cramped, and it would feel free and comfortable to breathe up there.

We truly SUCCEEDED in harmoniously bringing together all the goals in this small but so spacious SKY NEST:

Total area: 33 m² (exterior 7.9x3.6 m, interior 7.4x3.1 m)
2 sleeping spaces in the loft + 2 additional sleeping spaces on the sofa

GROUND FLOOR (23 m²) comfortably accommodates:
• Hallway wardrobe for outdoor clothes
• Living room with two sleeping spaces
• Large desk
• Spacious fully equipped kitchen with integrated standard-sized appliances (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator)
• Spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a closet for a vacuum cleaner and other household items
• Shelves and cabinets for additional items

LOFT (10 m²):
• Two sleeping spaces
• Spacious dresser and wardrobe + free countertop for needs (TV spot, bookshelf, space for important little things)
