Ramblings is an EP of four improvised tracks, recorded earlier this year. Me and my guitar, sat in my room in Paris, using improvisation to write songs, a way to process the feelings I was struggling with at the time: loneliness, insecurity, intense nostalgia. Feeling out of place in this new country.
It’s imperfect and distorted. It’s streams of consciousness lyrics that sometimes make sense and sometimes don’t. They’re recordings I made with the intention of filtering out the bad bits. In the end, I think they work just as they are.
