Step 1: Remove the Windscreen and Yoke Mount

Windscreen: Gently pull off the foam windscreen. It’s just press-fitted, so no screws here.

Yoke Mount: Use a screwdriver to loosen the side screws on the yoke mount (the part that connects the mic to a stand). Remove the screws and carefully slide the yoke off.

Step 2: Access the Rear Panel and Switches

Back Panel: You’ll see the rear panel with the high-pass filter and presence boost switches. Use a small flathead screwdriver to carefully pry the panel open.

Disconnect Switch Board: Gently unplug the switch board if necessary (it might have a small connector or be soldered — handle with care).

Step 3: Open the Microphone Housing

Loosen Screws: Look for screws along the body tube — there should be small screws that hold the metal housing together. Unscrew them carefully.
