A shocking adulterated milk tragedy has created panic in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. At least 4 people have reportedly died and eight others are undergoing treatment after consuming contaminated milk supplied to multiple colonies, including Lalacheruvu and Diwan Cheruvu.
Officials identified a local supplier allegedly distributing milk to nearly 101 families. Authorities have detained the suspect and launched an investigation into the source and distribution network.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has ordered immediate medical assistance and a detailed inquiry. Milk, food, water, and forensic samples have been sent for laboratory testing to determine the presence of harmful chemicals.
