Delhi Airport से बिना Immigration 3 विदेशी निकल गए, Air India की इतनी बड़ी चूक कैसे हुई?

Описание: Three Italian nationals reportedly flew out of India from Delhi’s IGI Airport without completing mandatory departure immigration clearance. The passengers travelled from Amritsar to Delhi on an Air India domestic flight and then boarded Lufthansa’s flight to Munich within an hour. According to reports, they were issued the onward international boarding passes at Amritsar and were allegedly escorted through the International-to-International (I-to-I) transfer route at Delhi, despite not being eligible for it.

The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued a show-cause notice to Air India’s CEO, seeking answers on the lapse, the role of Air India and SATS personnel, passenger monitoring, reconciliation and security checks. A high-level meeting has also been called to review the loopholes in the hub-and-spoke system.

Who issued the boarding passes? How did the passengers bypass immigration? And where did the system fail?
