I'm fashionably late to the party with the Maeving RM1, but I couldn't resist finding out if this £5,000 electric motorcycle rides half as well as it looks. It can do a bit under 40 miles on a charge (80 if you get the £6000 dual-battery version), it'll top out at 45mph and it isn't exactly fast – but is it a competent commuter? I accidentally drag-raced a Renault Zoe and took it up a big hill to find out.
