Specialized Dry Tech Fenders | Product Review

Описание: I can't believe I did this! With the onset of the rainy season, and with the encouragement of a friend, I decided to put fenders on my 2016 Specialized Sirrus Sport Disk. The fenders I selected are the Specialized Dry Tech Fenders. Specialized likes to advertise their "plug and play" feature for fenders. I think that might be a stretch.
I took two hours to install the fenders. An hour of that was just removing the set screw already on my bicycle. I had bunged up the threads installing my kickstand.
At first I did not think there were any instructions with the package. I did find those instructions but they were virtually useless to me. I figured out how to install the fenders mostly from trial and error. I called my friend who assured me that I really did need to drill a hole in my bicycle for one of the brackets. I hated doing that.
Directions call for a drimmel, a drill and probably a couple of tools you carry in your bike bag.
