UPDATE: Quandric Morris-Ogelsby turned himself in at the jail in the evening of November 4, 2025, after the news conference regarding the reward was pushed out to the public.
Original information: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest of Quandric Morris-Ogelsby. On April 5, 2025, Quandric Morris-Ogelsby allegedly shot and killed Keyson Webb at 1919 N. Main Street (Sugar’s Lounge) after a dice game inside the establishment.
Morris-Ogelsby immediately fled the scene, driving to a friend’s house in Middletown, Ohio. The car was recovered in Middletown. Morris-Ogelsby has an extensive criminal history, including being a known drug dealer in Xenia, Ohio. He has been on the run since this shooting and may have people helping him evade capture.
The Dayton Police Department is working jointly with the FBI and the United States Marshals Service to locate and arrest Quandric Morris-Ogelsby.
