Goecha La is one of the best treks in India for the big mountains view. Goecha La(ei. 4940mt or 16, 207ft) is a high mountain pass in Sikkim, India in the Himalayan range. Kanchenjunga, the world's third-highest mountain can be viewed from the pass. This trek gives you the scope for two summits - Dzongri Top and Goechala Viewpoint 1 from where you can see not only Kanchenjunga but also - Talung( 7349m), Rathong( 6679m), Kabru N( 7353m), Koktang ( 6147m), Simvo( 6812m), Kabru S(7318m), Kabru Dome( 6600m), Kabru Forked( 6100m), Pandim(6691m), Tenchenkhang( 6010m) and Jupono( 5650m).

The closest you can get to Mt. Kanchenjunga without climbing it
Yuksom is the base camp of the Goechala trek. It was once the capital of the state of Sikkim. Although relatively non-commercialised, Yuksom enjoys good net connectivity.

On the first day, we drive from Siliguri to Yuksom, covering a distance of 150 km by road
I am super happy to bring you guys a vlog of my Goechala Trek which is situated in the Eastern Himalayas. I have made proper day-wise vlogs about the Goechala Summit which is at almost 16,000 ft above sea level and the base of the world's 3rd tallest mountain Kanchanjunga.
