Imo State Government Says no effort has been spared to ensure security is in top shape for the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday. At a press conference in Owerri, the Imo State, Commissioner for Information and strategy, Declan Emelumba said all arrangements have been put in place to ensure a water tight security.
