Kavita's dedication was officially recognised yesterday with a Special Award at SWCorp’s Cleaning Workers’ Day Appreciation ceremony.

The SWM Environment employee went viral on social media last month when her four daughters surprised her at work for her 50th birthday.

The touching moment saw her daughters turn up in their respective professional uniforms—including a pilot, cabin crew member, and staff nurse—bringing Kavita to tears of joy.

In a Facebook post, Anwar expressed that Kavita’s hard work and sacrifice had paid off, noting that all five of her children have succeeded in their respective fields.

He thanked all cleaning workers for their dedication in keeping surroundings clean and safeguarding public well-being, wishing them continued strength and respect.
