James McCullough speaks with Sam Baker, founder of Catholic Man UK, a networking hub and resource centre for Catholic men. Sam describes the spiritual challenges facing Catholic men and how there is a need for men in the UK to network and meet together to support each other in the faith. They discuss how Catholic Man UK can provide fraternity and a clear direction in the faith so that men can provide spiritual leadership in their families and their communities.


2. The History of Christianity in Britain

Joanna Bogle continues her series of talks about the history of Christianity in early Britain, this time in conversation with James McCullough. Speaking on location around Norfolk, they discuss how the Christian inhabitants of Britain faced two pagan invasions from the Saxons and the Vikings, and how each time Christianity retrenched and then recovered and spread throughout the land.


3. The Work of a Catholic Sculptor

Fr Lawrence Lew interviews Catholic sculptor Cody Swanson at the Rosary Shrine in London, where Cody has been commissioned to create a life size statue of Our Lady for their new Rosary Garden. He discusses sacred art and its power to evangelise, as well as how his faith influences his work.


4. Romantic Literature and its influence on Catholicism

Robert Asch speaks with Brian Roxburgh about the works of Wordsworth and Colleridge. They explore the influence that the Romantic writers had on the Oxford movement and therefore on the resurgence of Catholicism in the nineteenth century, as well as the cultural impact the writers still have on contemporary society.
