As the sun sets on your illustrious career with the Sealdah Division, Eastern Railway , we find ourselves overwhelmed with both gratitude and sorrow. Your journey, which commenced on a crisp November day in 1989 in Bondamunda, has been nothing short of remarkable.
Your dedication and passion for the tracks led you from the humble beginnings as an Assistant Loco Pilot in 2000 to the pinnacle of your career when you assumed the prestigious role of a Loco Pilot in 2010. Over the years, your unwavering commitment to your responsibilities, coupled with your cordial demeanor, has made you a beacon of inspiration for your colleagues.
The year 2020 marked a significant milestone in your journey, with specialized training for Mail Express driving. Following this, you were posted back in Kolkata, where you continued to excel in your duties. Your ability to forge strong bonds, especially with Assistant Loco Pilots, has defined the collaborative spirit within our railway family.
Your last four years of service have been hailed as the zenith of your career. You, like a seasoned maestro, orchestrated the complexities of driving a mail train with finesse. Your camaraderie with your colleagues transformed each journey into a shared adventure, and your guidance fostered a familial closeness that resonated throughout the Sealdah Division
Your retirement on the 31st of December 2023 marks the end of an era. Your colleagues, who have come to regard you as not just a Loco Pilot but as a mentor and friend, will deeply miss your presence. Your imprint on our hearts and the tracks you've traversed will forever remain.
