A walk in the Far Eastern Fells of the Lake District to two Wainwright Fells.
The walk starts from Church Bridge in the village of Troutbeck and heads up the Garburn Road Track for around 1 mile before crossing a stile to head up the fell side to the first summit of Sour Howes (483m). From Sour Howes it is a relatively straight forward walk to the second fell of the day, Sallows (516m). We then descend to the Garburn Pass before heading back along the Garburn Road Track towards Troutbeck,
Distance is around 5.5 miles.
