Well isn't this impressive!
I conjectured last year in a video that I thought Atomiswave to Dreamcast conversions would be possible if someone could solve the "Dreamcast has less Sound RAM" problem compared to Atomiswave. I never worked on it but...MegaVolt 85 and YZB cracked the code and here it is!
Hopefully this leads to a ton more Atomiswave to Dreamcast conversions :) It's always great when people dedicate their time to projects like this; everyone learns more and the preservation and community grow more!
Guilty Gear X ver. 1.5 is a revision of the original Guilty Gear X that released on Dreamcast and this new Atomiswave to DC port is the only time it's ever appeared outside of arcades. It's an epic fighting game and one you should 100% check out!
