Description reads: This is a house to be restored as a historical landmark -- i.e., nobody moves in there, hence no personal items to unpack (and that is also why a cash register needs to be bought for the entrance and a display case for the bathroom, as well as a fence to make sure nobody will use the 100-year-old porcelain for some mundane purpose).
