On 15th of June, the senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor tweeted a photograph and said: “Why we in @INCIndia insist this is a name-changing government, not a game-changing one!”. After his tweet, people started investigating the claim whether the current prime minister Narendra Modi really launched new initiatives or just renamed the schemes launched by Congress-led government. On closely checking we found that Shashi Tharoor’s claim was largely true.
