A good moveset, but the damage on the grapple attack is really inconsistant, sometimes it can insta-kill, other times it does next to nothing, but other than that his moves are really good.
Note: This does not need to be on Ultimate Difficulty, this is done for a challenge.
The weapon can be obtained on Hard, Chaos or Ultimate
Battle: Seek the Secret Ingredients
How To: Defeat 10 officers that are collecting the ingredients
Method: You have to defeat the enemies that appear with the main collector, so for example you have to defeat Zhang Bao when he appears with Zhang Fei. There is a generic that is supposed to appear with Xu Zhu but sometimes he doesn't appear so you will then have to deafat everyone you see.
