I modify this using whatever spices I have on-hand, in this video I didn't use cloves or cumin, but instead added smoked maple salt (https://amzn.to/3AjqaFw). I also sub the oil for water (1:1) in this recipe.
〰️ Quinoa & rice:
2 cups rice (rinse 3x)
2 cups quinoa (rinse 1x if your is not pre-rinsed, it will say on package)
4 cups water
Add all ingredients to Instant Pot and press the "Rice" button. Once it has finished cooking, let it come down from pressure naturally for 10-15 minutes before opening.
