🌸 2025 Dahlia Haul 🌸 & How I Grow Dahlias In Containers Year After Year!🪴

Описание: I am so excited about the beautiful dahlia varieties I'm going to grow in my garden this year. Dinnerplate dahlias are my favorite and I like to use 7 to 10 gallon containers for one dahlia.

~ Quick summary of my dahlia process throughout the year ~

Early April (or 6 weeks before last from): bring overwintered dahlia pots into the guest shower and pot up new dahlia tubers and put them in the guest shower.
Once I see a sprout above the soil, I move the container in front of a window or under grow lights
After last frost (early to mid-May here), I move the dahlias outside for the season
Fertilize about once every two weeks with all purpose or bloom boosting fertilizer
Once the dahlia stalks die back at the end of the season, cut the stalks down and bring the dahlias into our garage which stays at 40 degrees over winter
