I tried a puck screen for the first time. I believe some good results can be achieved with it.
The puck screen is 1.7mm and it is 50 microns.
The basket is a VST 15g and I used 16g of beans.
I used the 1zpresso K Plus, and set it to 2.6 (26 clicks from the zero).
To avoid the heat absorption, I left the puck screen in the filter while the machine was heating up, to get it to temperature before extraction, instead of increasing the machine temperature.
Aside from the even extraction, I love the fact that the shower screen is clean after the extraction.
