The Lake Barkley Partnership and Caldwell Regional Career Center are partners in workforce development. We pride ourselves on building a workforce pipeline that offers hands on job training for all students in Caldwell, Crittenden, Lyon, and Trigg counties.
Welding is an art and a skill. Students from the CAldwell Career Center apply their welding skills while working at Paducah Barge in Eddyville, Kentucky. The students that learn the art of welding have a lifelong fulfillment that provide them with a sense of worth and opens the door a variety of job opportunities and industries.
We are so proud to have partners across the region to open doors for young folks and allow them to grow their knowledge, application, and skills through partnership with our local school system.
