Most of these beats were made in late 2021. These instrumentals hold a special place in my heart because they really felt like a big turning point for me as I felt that I was finally able to make the kind of music that I always wanted to. It marks the time period when it finally felt like I figured out how to properly sample and make some classic hip hop style stuff. Some of these beats don’t hold up too well now, but quite a few still hold their own and are worthy of some extra love.
