More than 4,000 customers remain without power in San Francisco on Monday, days after a fire at a Pacific Gas and Electric Co. substation led to a massive outage. At its height, approximately 130,000 customers were impacted by the outage as of 4:20 p.m., PG&E said. The utility's outage map showed Golden Gate Park, the Presidio and Buena Vista Park were among the neighborhoods in the dark.
