Asking the right open ended sales questions is one of the most powerful skills to close deals. How do you do it the right way? One of the most important rule in sales is the 80/20 rule and it’s no different in trying to close a prospect.
Simply put, your client should talk 80% of the time while you speak only 20% of the time and always in the form of smart sales questions. Closing a sale involves various cycles, a key element that is a determining factor is asking the right questions .
Asking the right questions are great but asking intelligent, open ended sales questions that explains where the client is in the sales cycle is the ultimate. Avoid asking close-ended questions that only give you a “yes” or “no” answer. This will usually lead you to a place that you don't want to be.

⁃ What do you think they are going to say?
If You Get Rejected/No/Not Now/Too Expensive/Any other objection:
⁃ Ok, but if you were going to move forward, why would you?
⁃ What is it costing you to not move forward with our services?
