For the most part, it's waking up, getting some food in the system.
I call the customer before I'm gonna arrive. I get to their house.
Figure out what exactly is causing that issue.
By the end of the appointment, they're fully educated on what their problem is, how much it takes to fix it, and how we can do it for them.
From there, we'll have the production guys come out and then just install the products we need to take care of their issue. Most of the time this is one of their prized possessions, their home. We want to make that a long lasting relationship with their home so we want to come out and fix those problem areas for them, so they can live there a long time.
