Capital Budgeting is a financial tool applied to evaluate a business proposal and find out the financial viability of accepting or rejecting a business venture. In case of more than one business proposal, this capital budgeting is applied to select a best business proposal which would yield better financial returns. This video is made to give some basic insights about capital budgeting explaining its two methods, discounted cash flow and non -discounted cash flow.
