TODAY'S RECIPE IS Cookie & Cream Cake | No Egg No Oven Cookie & Cream Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Any cream cookies 5-6 pieces
Break
Cookies
Curd 1/2 cup ( substitute 1/2 cup condensed milk or 2 eggs)
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
8 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
Chocolate spread
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
