This is a short playthrough using the Action Replay Plus & a Cheat Code to give me various cheats. Therefore, in proper 90's style TV sound playthrough, I finally play this game again :D

The Cheat Code I used was:
Daytona Super Car: On the Main Menu: Hold down the following on your controller: right trigger, x, y, z & then press c on Arcade until you reach the car selection & enjoy :D
