Kornik - pita sa kiselim kupusom
Sastojci:
Za kore:
250 ml. vode
1 kašika soli
500 gr. brašna i još malo ako je potrebno
Za nadev:
1 kg. kiselig kupusa ribanca
1 kašika mlevenog bibera
so po potrebi
300 ml. ulja
Kornik - pie with sauerkraut
Ingredients:
For bark:
250 ml. water
1 tablespoon salt
500 gr. flour and a little more if needed
For the filling:
1 kg. sour ribbon cabbage
1 tablespoon ground pepper
salt as needed
300 ml. oil
