We are SO excited to welcome the first 12 chickens to our little homestead.
Now it feels like a homestead!
A few days after getting the chicks, the brooder with NO heat lamp is working like a charm! I have yet to even try the heat lamp because the hot water bottle and woodstove combination is working so well.
