If you love heytea's jasmine tea with matcha foam, you're going to love making this easy drink recipe at home.
RECIPE
Ingredients
Jasmine Tea –
• 8 oz cold water
• 1/2 tsp jasmine instant tea powder
• 4 oz milk
Matcha Foam Top –
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 tsp agave
• 1.5 tsp matcha powder
Instructions
1. In a glass, add jasmine tea powder to cold water and stir until the powder has completely dissolved.
2. In a separate cup, combine milk, heavy cream, agave, and sifted matcha powder. Use a hand held frother to whisk until soft peaks form.
3. In the same glass with the jasmine tea, add ice and milk to create a jasmine latte.
4. Top off the drink with the matcha foam and serve!
