The best banana cake I’ve ever had. It’s soft, moist and rich all at the same time!
You guys are going to love my Banana cake recipe so much!
Ingredients:
250-270g banana
3 medium eggs
150 gr. of sugar
1 pinch of salt
5 gr. of baking powder
170 gr. of flour
70 ml. of vegetable oil
10 ml. of vanilla extract
60 gr. of pecan halves
Baking pan (L x W x H - 34.3 x 14 x 7.6 centimeters)
Bake pecan halves at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8-10 minutes.
Bake the cake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40-45 minutes.
