Описание: 3rd year BSc Nursing(2012-16batch) students of Saroj Lalji Mehrotra Global Nursing College, Aburoad, Rajasthan have organized an exhibition on psychiatry and psychiatric nursing as part of their curriculum. The exhibition was organized on 10th october 2015 along with WORLD Mental Health Day celebration. The topics were history of psychiatry, development of psychiatry nursing, classification of mental disorders, theories of psychiatry, structure of mind, structure of neuron, neurotransmission, types of psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, ECT set up, therapeutic communication techniques, Nurse patient relationship, Johari window, Stuarts Stress model, types of personality disorders, complications of substance abuse, neurological examination tray setup, films based on mental illness which also gave the student an idea to learn about mental illness, prevention of mental illness etc. The students had prepared the exhibition in form of models, molage, working models, banners etc. The students have shown their creative ideas and applied their innovative thoughts in it. The exhibition was guided by Mr. Chris Thomas, Lecturer, SLMGNC.
