I’m not afraid to sit with you in the hard stuff—because I know healing often begins when someone shows up, listens, and stays present.
I’m a master’s level intern pursuing my MSW from Walden University, and I bring a balance of steadiness, empathy, and practical support into the therapy space. Whether you’re a teen navigating identity and anxiety, a young adult facing life transitions, or someone working through trauma, I offer a calm presence and tools to help you move forward.
My Approach
I bring over two years of experience working on the Utah State Crisis Line, where I’ve supported people through some of their darkest moments. That work shaped my ability to stay grounded in chaos and confident in the face of intense emotion. I don’t shy away when conversations get real—I believe creating space for honesty is essential to healing.
I’ve worked with children, teens, and young adults across a variety of settings, from the wilderness with Outback Therapeutic Expeditions to classroom-based support with Wasatch Behavioral Health. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how environment, relationships, and resilience intersect in mental health.
Therapeutic Modalities
I’m especially drawn to working with trauma, anxiety, and OCD, and I integrate evidence-based approaches such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Motivational InterviewingT
rust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
I aim to build trust first, then gently challenge clients to grow in ways that feel supportive and meaningful.
What You Can Expect
Clients often describe my style as warm, structured, and steady. I listen deeply, bring humor in when it’s helpful, and maintain a no-judgment approach so you can feel safe saying the unsayable. I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in connection and mutual respect.
Outside of sessions, I stay grounded by spending time with my close-knit group of friends and hiking Utah’s trails. My ability to remain present in high-stress situations comes from years of learning how to process, reflect, and show up consistently for others.
Moving Forward
If you’re looking for a therapist who brings insight, empathy, and a steady hand to each session, I’d be honored to work with you. I’m here to walk alongside you—not just through the pain, but toward the possibilities that come next.
