BBQ tofu ribs using extra firm smoked tofu. The sauce takes a little cooking down, but needs the time to allow the star anise flavour to infuse with it. Cherry cola adds a little bit extra to a standard cola but either would work. The slower you initially cook the tofu, the more chew and sort of hold it together skin/crust you get, so worth taking the time with it. @CookingKitchen-recipes
