The very first step is to file your case online through the official E-jagriti portal. All your documents and the complaint must be uploaded here first.

Step 2️⃣: Registry Scrutiny & Objections 📝
After you file online, the NCDRC's registry will examine (scrutinize) your case. If they find any errors, defects, or have any objections, they will upload them directly onto the E-jagriti portal.

Step 3️⃣: Clear Objections & Re-upload ✅
You must then log back into the portal to see the objections. Your job is to clear these objections by making the necessary corrections and re-uploading the revised documents.

Step 4️⃣: Physical Filing 🏛️
