During the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of Merigar, the first Gar of the Dzogchen Community located near Arcidosso, in Tuscany, Vajra dancers from all over the world performed the Vajra Dance That Benefits Beings (also known as the Vajra Dance of the Six Liberations, or the Dance of the Six Spaces) in public.
The Vajra Dance is a special method of meditation in movement first taught by Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu to his students in 1991.
"Through the Dance of the Vajra, the practitioner integrates the voice with sound, the body in the dance and the mind in the state of contemplation".
