You can't go wrong with this recipe. It's that good. Trust me. This recipe bursts with flavor and the steak comes out so tender.
You will need:
4 thinly cut strip steaks
Roma tomatoes, chopped
Olive oil
minced garlic
salt
pepper to taste
oregano
flour
Add olive oil to your pan and heat
add minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
add tomatoes and stir
Add in seasonings, stir and and cook on low for about 5 minutes
season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides
dredge steaks in flour
in another pan, add olive oil. When hot, add steaks to the second pan.
cook for 2 minutes on each side then add the tomatoes to the cooked steak
cook another 6 or 7 minutes. I smash the tomatoes a little with a wooden spoon.
