THE FAMILY ARRIVES & TOO COLD FOR A WINTER BARBEQUE?

Описание: QUICHE RECIPE:
1 roll of puff pastry to match the shape of your quiche dish 😜
7 uove (eggs)
1 zucchini (courgette) grated
1 cipolla rosso (red onion) finely chopped
1/2 peperone rosso (red pepper) finely chopped
2 handfuls of grated cheese, I use asiago or cheddar
hafl a cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste

Blind bake the puff pastry in the dish for 10-15 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into pastry dish.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180c.
