In this first chapter I drive across the country from Ottawa, through Québec City and into the Charlevoix region. I then embark on one of the scariest hikes Ive ever completed which features some extreme exposure sections and incredible panoramic views! This trail is located at the Hautes‑Gorges-de-la-Rivière‑Malbaie National Park. One of the highest elevation hikes (which is easily reachable) in the entire province! Links to other chapters below!
