INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hominy corn/maize washed and soaked in water for at least 4 hrs
2 & 1/2 L water (start with 1 liter, add rest as needed)
Pinch of salt or to taste
2 heaping tbsp All purpose flour + 1 cup water as thickener.
Serve this other sweetener of choice to taste, and milk of choice.
